By downloading, installing, or using Criticly ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

Description of Service

Criticly is a macOS application that provides AI-powered thinking assistance through various tools. The service includes:

• Text processing and analysis tools
• Integration with AI language models
• Floating interface for seamless workflow integration
• Both free and premium licensing options

License and Usage Rights

Free License

The free license grants you limited use of Criticly with usage restrictions (typically 5 commands per day).

Paid License

Paid licenses (Monthly or Lifetime) grant you expanded access to Criticly features according to your plan.

Fair Use Policy

While certain paid plans may offer "unlimited" usage, this is subject to our Fair Use Policy. Fair use means reasonable usage patterns consistent with normal individual productivity workflows. Usage that we determine to be excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the application may result in:

• Temporary rate limiting or usage restrictions
• Account suspension or termination
• Requirement to upgrade to an enterprise plan

Examples of usage that may violate our Fair Use Policy include, but are not limited to:

• Automated or scripted usage that generates excessive API calls
• Commercial reselling or redistribution of AI processing services
• Usage patterns that significantly exceed normal individual productivity needs
• Any usage that impacts the performance or availability of our services for other users

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and enforce this Fair Use Policy at our discretion. If you have questions about whether your intended usage complies with this policy, please contact us before proceeding.

All licenses are non-transferable and subject to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Criticly in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use Criticly for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Application
• Not share your license key with unauthorized users
• Respect the usage limits of your license tier

AI Provider Integration

Criticly integrates with third-party AI providers. When using these services:

• Your text inputs may be processed by external AI services
• Each AI provider has its own terms of service and privacy policy
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI providers you use
• We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party AI providers

Payment and Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases that provide access to Criticly for the lifetime of the application.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@clouddream.io for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

Criticly and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Criticly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Criticly.

Termination

We may terminate your access to Criticly at any time for violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use of Criticly at any time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Criticly after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
